AdvisorOne Academy grew out of the meeting of two paths and two generations: a mother and her daughter, united by a common mission.
Making finance more accessible, more understandable, and more human.
In 2018, Anne-Sophie Tourrette launched the first WomenInvest and YoungInvest programs to address the lack of financial education among women and young people.
Over the years, demand grew: men, entrepreneurs, athletes, and businesses also wanted support.
In 2025, Anne-Sophie and Alice decided to create AdvisorOne Academy to structure this vision and offer an educational approach open to a wider audience.

With over 30 years of experience in private banking and international wealth management, Anne-Sophie Tourrette has developed a unique approach that blends finance, education, and an understanding of human behavior.
After working in New York, Paris, Luxembourg, and Geneva, she founded AWAP Asset Management SA and gradually specialized in behavioral finance.
Her approach rests on a strong conviction: financial decisions are never purely rational.
Understanding biases, emotions, and life experiences often leads to more coherent and sustainable investment decisions.
It was with this perspective that she created the WomenInvest and YoungInvest programs, and later co-founded AdvisorOne Academy.

Alice joined the family venture in 2022, after an academic background in finance and strategy.
Having grown up in an environment deeply attuned to financial independence, she chose to commit herself to this same mission.
Today she contributes to the growth of AdvisorOne Academy, particularly through:
